Almost always a Location permission. Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Blocks and confirm it's set to Always (for background tracking) or While Using. Also make sure Precise Location is on — without it the app can't tell which block you're on.
If permissions look right and walks still don't register, force-quit Blocks and reopen it. If that doesn't fix it, email us and we'll take a look.
From inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. Or email [email protected] from the address on your account. Either way, everything is removed within 30 days. Full breakdown of what gets deleted on the Delete your account page.
A block only completes when you've walked every street that borders it — three sides, four, five, whatever the real shape. If you missed one, the block stays unfilled until that street is walked. Blocks remembers everything, so partial progress sticks around as long as you need.
If you think you walked every side and it still didn't complete, email us with the rough date + neighborhood and we'll check.
