Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Blocks account at any time. The fastest way is to email us.

Email us

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account. That's it. We'll reply to confirm it's really you, then delete everything within 30 days.

If you'd rather do it yourself:

  1. Open Blocks and tap the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the two-step prompt.

What gets deleted

A plain-language breakdown so there are no surprises.

Your walks
Gone. Every block you walked, every street, every neighborhood percentage, every streak — removed.
Your profile
Gone. Your name, username, email, photo, and settings are removed from our systems within 7 days.
Your ratings
Gone. Every star rating, note, visit, and saved place is removed. Friends no longer see anything you rated.
Your friends
Gone. Friend list, follows, tastemaker picks, blocked accounts — all removed.
Backups
Overwritten within 30 days. Any backup that contained your data rolls over on its next cycle.
Support emails
Kept for two years. If you've emailed us, we hold the thread for our records. Mention it in your deletion email if you want those gone too.
